So, which date are you interested in?
A simple date…when you just have someone knocking on your door…oh! That would get a bit private…so, whynot just someone like coming around to meet you in a lonely café…which consists mostly of awkward silent zones and dormant volcanoes and the stereotypical blushing and ending with neither your bellies full and on the contrary bucks disappearing. But then, if the someone is someone you know of…this whole event can be cosy, rather than intrigued with the glittering lights and busy roadside jam.
Or, why no double dating…with your best friend arranging a date for you to with her boyfriend’s friend, only to have company…well this is getting so very confusing. But then, it can be a good adventure. Be a sport! Do try out!
Obviously, it’s not a hospital where you are those skinny nurses ready to pounce on any patient you get a chance with! To be realistic. Know your own agendas of spending the evening out. Do you want even your best friend there? Will it be comfortable? Will you get attention that you deserve…or will you just get hooked to her boyfriend?
Blah…blah…blah…now don’t ask me what a group date is!!!
Then comes the blind date…so much into fashion. Meeting on the Internet…sharing interests…hours of chatting…getting irresistibly desired by a irresistible desire…but hello…be cautious…
Don’t be such nerds that you are taken advantage of….
Be decisive about your own judgements. Donot go alone to any unknown place. Keep the whole interaction light and not as if really desperate to get hooked in.
Online cases of commitment are no doubt a fashion among the teenagers…
But the fact remains that one has to be responsible for one’s own step…ya.ya…m not preaching now like a grand old mother!!!
Lastly comes the most different part. Of holidating…or in simple words …hmmm, of long dating. Imagine the Romeo Juliet saga, when both the lovers weren’t allowed to meet…but here, in so much of westernisation, its always more than mere meeting that happens. This kind of dating takes into accounts the interactions of those mutually interested couples, who have the distance in between. A good piece of rejuvenation for the hungry souls.
